Maurice works to help maximize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our field personnel in the execution of their respective jobs. He collaborates with our plumbing/piping and sheet metal superintendents, monitoring and reviewing job progress, installation methods, craftsmanship, and labor projections.
Additionally, Maurice manages our fleet and works in conjunction with our Safety Director to reinforce OSHA requirements and help ensure that our safety processes are followed on each project.
Expertise
Maurice has been in the plumbing/HVAC construction industry for over 30 years. He began his career as a Plumber/Pipefitter Apprentice and joined Hansen shortly thereafter. Since then, he has progressed through various positions, including Foreman, General Foreman, and Area Field Superintendent. He was recently promoted to Vice President of Field Operations.
Maurice has worked on several large projects, including the Palazzo Hotel and Casino. His talent and attention to detail have played a significant role in Hansen’s track record of success.
The Personal Side
Maurice enjoys spending time with his family, working out, long walks, and watching sports.
