David’s responsibilities include managing our team of estimators and overseeing the day-to-day operation of our preconstruction department. He reviews project budgets and bids to help ensure that the entire scope of work is accurately captured and that any risks are minimized. Additionally, David assists in business development functions and works with our executive team on strategic planning initiatives.
Expertise
David has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, holding various roles including Project Manager, Estimator, Director of Business Development, and Owner's Representative, with experience in Phoenix and Las Vegas.
He has acquired a deep understanding of preconstruction, field operations, and the overall construction process through working on projects of all sizes, including large, complex mega resorts.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Arizona State University.
The Personal Side
David enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He can usually be found camping, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
